Features like automatic stock entry updates when you upload a purchase bill are also in the works. I didn't ask for all these at the beginning. I really like how they understand what the business owner needs and come up with solutions. I have asked for a lot of changes during development. Sometimes I have even called at 11:30 pm and 6:30 am. Prasanna sir and his team listened patiently and made many improvements to suit our business. There are still some practical challenges in payment integration. In particular, UPI payment needs to be more seamless without extra transaction charges. They are continuously making improvements in that regard. This is not just a WhatsApp chatbot. An AI Agent handles the daily sales work of our business. I am confident that from now on, we will be able to manage work like stock and purchase through AI.
